    Description

    Found out this was a Shipbo- Conibo pot from the Amazon rain forest in South America. I found this piece at a garage sale it looks to me to be a hand spun and hand painted piece of pottery. Inside you can see the red clay . The painting on the outside is primitive. At the widest point it has a diameter of 7 1/2” at the mouth of the pot it has a diameter of 4 1/2” and almost 6” tall, no chips or cracks. If any one can give me any information about this piece I would. Greatly appreciate it. Please look at all the pictures and ask any questions before bidding.
