Vintage Handcrafted/Painted Mexican Glazed Terracotta Pottery Plate  8 3/4" in diameter.  This Mexican pottery is preowned.  There are no cracks, hairlines, chips, or repairs. There are glaze pops, inclusions, and glaze skips present that are common in handcrafted pottery.  There is surface wear due to age and normal use.  This handcrafted and painted pottery plate is in good condition. Please see pictures as your opinion may differ from mine.  This plate is glazed and has what I would call a "distressed" finish to it.  It has what looks to be tiny chipped areas and missing paint, however this is all under the glaze so I believe this look was intentional by the artist.  Sadly, this beautiful piece is unsigned.  This belonged to my father-in-law.  He loved visiting Mexico and the USA South-West.  He would often go to places off the beaten path and find beautiful and unique items made by the local artist.  This beautiful terracotta plate was used for decorative purposes only.  The pictures with the white background were taken inside and the other pictures were taken outdoor.  This plate is approximately 8 3/4 inches in diameter X 1 1/2 inches tall.  Please see pictures.

I will not ship to an alternate address after the payment is made. This is a fraud prevention measure. If a true error is made (it happens), the sale must be cancelled and started over.
If I already mailed the package, there is nothing I can do to change anything.

I ship all breakables with insurance.
Please provide clear pictures of the box and damages to the item as it is a requirement by all carriers for reimbursement for damages.

Please feel confident you will receive your item intact as I double box any item that is breakable. Yes, this practice does increase the cost of postage, however, it also increases the chances of you receiving your item in one piece. Personally, nothing is more frustrating than searching for that perfect gift or collectable, paying for it and then waiting for its arrival – only to open the box and find it damaged.
