Vintage Brass Spittoon Chewing Tobacco Cuspidor Spitoon

Description

Up for auction a vintage brass two piece old fashion spittoon or cuspidor for chewing tobacco.  The funnel section screws on and off for cleaning.
The spittoon measures 2 3/4" high, 7 3/8" in diameter at the widest and weighs 14.5 ounces prior to packing for shipping.
This piece is in good used condition.  There are scratches, minor dents, discoloration, and staining consistent wit age and use.  The base was soldered in the middle so there is a wide band of solder on the interior, and the inside has some red staining, green tarnish and very minor pitting.  The metal retains an odor.
