    Rubber face, hands and boots.  Outstanding condition, not played with or displayed.  Made exclusively for Atlanta's historic Rich's Department Store.  See Rich's label.  Made by Dakin Inc. and Francesca & Co.   Did not come with a box.  Rich's tag has a trace of wear - looks like possibly a store price label was pinned to it (see close-up photo).
