    1938 dated Victoria Amusement Enterprises, Inc. Stock Certificate No. 494 issued for 10 Shares. Stamps on the back.
    Certificate has the normal fold lines with some creasing.  There is pencil writing on the front top. Scanner does cut off the edges, however it is complete with full borders.
    So there is no misunderstanding, this is a collectible only and does not entitle you to any ownership in the company.
