    ITEM DESCRIPTION -
    1938 dated Victoria Amusement Enterprises, Inc. Stock Certificate No. 443 issued for 10 Shares. Stamps on the back.
    Certificate has the normal fold lines with some creasing.  There are a couple small splits on the folds and pencil writing on the front top. Scanner does cut off the edges, however it is complete except a piece is torn off the top right corner.
    So there is no misunderstanding, this is a collectible only and does not entitle you to any ownership in the company.
