Rare and extremely unusual composition depicting a satyr sculpting a beautiful nude lady sculpture. This is an extraordinary subject. Making it even more unusual is one of the satyr's legs has a hoof at the end, what you would expect to see on a satyr sculpture that is half man half goat, but his right foot is sculptured in human form. He has horns like a devil and a long tail.This beautiful sculpture was cast using the lost wax method. It rests on a black marble base. It is signed
