I very recently purchased both a medium AND a medium-large S.E. Shires Destino III Severinsen model Bb trumpet, just to play them both & to determine which one I preferred.  I'm keeping & playing the medium bore horn and selling this ML bore trumpet.
Without question, these are the finest playing & responding trumpets I've ever played in my circa 40 years as a trumpet player.  S.E. Shires & Doc Severinsen got these horns RIGHT!
Up until I played these Shires "Destino III" trumpets, Yamaha's "New York" Xeno was probably the finest trumpet I'd ever owned or played ..... and this Shires Destino III horn FAR surpasses any of the finest artist model trumpets manufactured by Yamaha.
I paid exactly k for this brand new horn & I'm selling it for that same exact price.  I don’t mind losing a few dollars providing free insured shipping, eBay's sales commission, etc.
