Used. This Stacker is in good cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scratches from normal use, but nothing significant that would affect functionality.  THE FORKS ARE  NOT INCLUDED with this Stacker.
Notes:
We confirmed that the mast raises and lowers and the foot pedal is functional.  The wheels roll smoothly as designed.  NO FORKS INCLUDED.  No additional testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
