IN BRONZE FROM THE BYZANTINE PERIOD
Container formed from two hemispheres on a pedestal. The upper hemisphere is articulated and removable. It is surmounted by four birds distributed symmetrically on four sides and a larger bird in the center. The container is decorated on its entire outer face with incised geometric patterns.
