Shipping
We ship all ebay items by the end of the next business day (except weekends and holidays).  We will use either USPS or UPS to ship your order.  If the item is less than 16 oz. it will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.  Items over 16 oz. will ship either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
We DO NOT ship outside the Continental U.S. at this time.  If you have any special shipping requests please ask at time of purchase.  We ship items very fast so please let us know quickly.
RETURNS:
We will work to resolve any problems regarding your purchases. If we have incorrectly listed the item or sent you the wrong item we will take responsibility for correcting the problem.  Possible resolutions include partial refunds, replacement of item, etc.
If you don't want the item after it has been received please contact us for an RA number and return instructions.  Upon receiving the item you will be refunded assuming the item is returned unused and in the original packaging. Original shipping will not be refunded. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and the item must be returned in the same condition.
