Mexican Talavera Wall Toucans (Pair)

Description

Crafted in Dolores Hidalgo, Gto., Mexico, these attractive hand-painted Talavera toucans were designed as and being sold as a set. They are intended for wall mounting and each has a hole in the back where a hook or screw can be inserted. The upright, right-facing bird measures approx 12" tall by 8" at the widest point, with a projection of roughly 6". The left-facing piece measures approximately 8" tall and is 12-13" at the widest point, having a projection of about 4 1/2".  They have a hard glazed
finish, allowing them to be safely displayed both indoor and outdoors - with no adverse effect from sun or rain.
Because each piece is made 100% by hand, each is unique.  Imperfections may be present and should be expected.
