this is a very nice james dean lot.
it’s a lot of 2 different original 8”x10” full color photos featuring the classic film, east of eden.
film starred james dean, julie harris.
1955, warner brothers.
directed by elia kazan.
based on a work by john steinbeck.
both photos are in very nice condition.
both very displayable.
vibrant coloring.
there is some wear/damage that includes -
1 has a very tiny tip crease/tear & a small edge tear.
the one w burl ives -
staple mark w a scratch
from the man’s lapel thru dean’s cheek, but the scratch on james dean is only seen upon very close inspection & when the photo is held a certain way.
2 staple marks w some scratches near those marks on burl ive’s jacket.
both have some curling from storage.
however, both photos are great looking & hard to find in any condition.
