This item was acquired from the estate of an individual who worked for several merchandising companies throughout the years. After the individual moved on the estate was turned over to us. An individual who happened to be a major Sinatra fan identified this patch as being similar to the one that he wore on his blazer which represented his very own Jack Daniel's club.

Therefore since we have limited information this patch is not official And therefore not authentic. This patch is brand new.
The one in the first picture is the one for sale.  The third photo is the actual one belonging to Frank Sinatra Himself.
