    This is a very interesting  Mailed FDC from ST VINCENT in the Caribbean honoring the American Bi- Centennial. It is in EXCELLENT CONDITION
    During the Revolutionary War St Vincent was beseiged by the French in 1779.
    The Cachet is of the LIBERTY BELL and all of the 4 stamps  show various AMERICAN  Presidents  from Geo. Washington  to Abraham Lincoln.
    There are 4  stamps, o.5c , 1c,  1.5c, & 5c.
