    Walt Disney World Partners In Excellence Watch, Ceramic Mug, 2 Pins and Cast Recognition Guide. Partners in Excellence was the most prestigious Cast Member Recognition Program from 1996 - 2010 at Walt Disney World. The watch from 2000 is new, has never been worn and has never been taken out of the box. I believe the watch will need a new battery. There is some aging on the back of the round pin (see photos). The mug is in great condition - only used a few times. These items were given to Partners in Excellence selection champions. From a smoke free and pet free home.
