    Vintage
    Mata Ortiz, Mexico pottery vase, artist signed, Amaria(?) Mora. This is an "olla" made of fine Blackware, using the hand-coiling method. Placing your hand inside the pot as if to hold it, you will find your hand to fit the artist's hand shape already there. This has a sharply and accurately formed design on the black clay. One small chip near, but not affecting the rim-- see photo.  Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
