Looking into the fan housings I can see these have never been used. That said, the LCD control panels show signs of screen damage.
They may or may not work, I don't have the power cords for these to test them.
Best case, you have two functional rack cooling units. Worst case, you're buying replacement screens.
I'll list these here for a few rounds and if they're not sold I'll dig into them and get them up and running. Save a few bucks and get them now if you're good with some basic repairs.
