We have a 30 day no Hassle return policy, but not if you don't contact us, or leave feedback without contacting us. Unfortunately this year, I have a few customers that decided not to contact me and just leave negative feedback. This is very upsetting as we work so hard to be excellent eBay sellers. And would've been able to accommodate them, and I believe to their satisfaction. We try to do the best job we can describing the item but we are not perfect and would like the opportunity to correct any mistakes that we've made.

Thank you for your interest in our items. We are always happy to combine shipping but we have to do a special process for our overseas buyers. Since we ship only global shipping we need to remake one listing with all the items that you are interested in purchasing. That way we can combine them all in one shipment. Global shipping will not allow us to combine after the orders are purchased. So we must do it before the orders are purchased.
You will notice that at the end of all of our listing titles, there is a two letter number combination. Example; KS122. If you message me with all those numbers that you are interested in we will come to an agreement on the price and then I will make a listing to include all of those items in the price agreed-upon. I Will then post the listing on eBay where you will be able to see the combined shipping cost before purchase. The shipping cost always depends on the weight of  and size of the package. We try to keep the weight and size to a minimum but must ensure the safety of the items.
So in review; please send me the list of those number combinations. I will put the order together and message you back with the price of the purchase of those items. Of course I’m always willing to discount if you’re buying quite a few items. Then, after we agree, I will relist the items in one listing on eBay so you can purchase.
