As far as I know: Very rare, unusual 3 Architect's Models of Staircases (please note the description and
sizes
on photo of original sales sheet from Banks, Coldstone Co.).  Not much more I can add to the information therein.  I will ONLY sell as is - set of three (3). Beautifully hand-crafted probably by architect's/builder's assistant circa 1840.  Great accent pieces for a bookshelf in a den, library, office for a carpenter, builder, architect, interior designer/decorator, woodworker, lawyer, man-cave, she-shed, gift - use your imagination.  All three are in original/pristine condition.
