Offered is this beautiful antique porcelain oyster plate.
It features five wells for oysters and a well for lemon.
Each oyster well has an oyster "scar" as if you have scooped out the oyster and the foot is left.
The background makes it look as if the oyster shells are laying on sand.
It measures 8 inches wide.
There is the letter A impressed in the porcelain Which is the 1849-1875 makers mark for Johann Moehling.
It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
