The nose pad has a pocket of air as cushion.  This type of Air Cushion nose pads is used on some of the Kaenon sunglasses as well.
Please note that these Nosepads are
the tear-shaped snap-on type of nose pads for Oakley frames. They will fit only the specific type of nose pad holes. Please Refer to the last 2 pictures for the shape of the pad holder.

Please look at the pictures carefully to ensure you have the right type.
These nose pads are 12mm in length (this accounts for the lipped area of the nose pad) and 7mm wide. One side of the pad is raised and one side is flat. When install, the Raised side should face the nose, to provide cushion.
